As the Founder and Principal of Aplus Executive Search, Louise Berto takes a personal approach to developing client and candidate relationships.
Louise has been an executive recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1995, when she began her career with the premier regional finance and accounting search firm. Her earlier business experience includes marketing and management positions at Procter & Gamble, Nielsen Market Research, and the Bank of Credit and Commerce. In addition to her professional experience in the United States, Louise has lived and worked in London and Hong Kong. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. from Stanford University. She is also an Enrolled Agent.
Because of her unique combination of education and hands-on domestic and international experience, Louise understands business. She understands how corporations, including startups, work. She knows how executives make decisions, and uses this knowledge to streamline and enhance the hiring process. Louise recognizes the importance of balancing a candidate’s technical skills with interpersonal fit.
